By using SherlockX you agree to these terms. SherlockX provides reverse image search and AI-assisted analysis to help you assess the provenance of photos and objects.

Acceptable use

Use SherlockX only for lawful purposes such as protecting yourself from catfishing, scams, and stolen images. Do not use it to harass, stalk, surveil, or identify private individuals without consent, or in any way that violates the privacy or rights of others. SherlockX is not facial recognition and must not be used as a tool to identify strangers.

No guarantee of accuracy

Results are generated by automated systems and third-party search data. They are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for any decision about a person, transaction, or item.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the pricing page. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Free usage

Free checks are limited and offered on a best-effort basis. We may change the limits or features of the free tier at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
